Leria Cosplay, the Costume Contest in Halloween, it will be hel next Sturday October 31
at 19:00 on the stage of the Municipal Auditorium As Neves, in Portomeñe Vazquez Cultural Center, where it is celebrated annually on Fantasy KON.
The contest will be divided into two categories:
Single
Groups
Costumes should represent literary, film or television characters, related to terror, fantasy and science fiction.
The competition will have a maximum of 20 participants in the individual category and 10 in the mode groups.
Pre-registrations will be made on line through this page, from 23 September to 23 October 2015. Each registered person will have three VIP passes (personal and companion) at the entrance of the event, where attendance and participation will be confirmed.
The reserve list will be published on this page, Oct. 29. Not confirmed attendance of enrolled or not reach the maximum number of participants, the cosplayers attending the event may register at the booth between 17:00 and 18:00 on the same day, October 31.
The Cosplays are to represent literary or film characters. Tv-characters exceptionally be accepted.
Costumes and accessories and must be made by hand. Or bought and modified by 70%. Cosplayers compete without respecting this rule will not be eligible for any prize.
It is forbidden the use of real firearms, metal or heavy objects that can be considered knife.
Competitors will have a maximum of 2 'minutes and a minimum of 30 "seconds for their actions. They may bring musical file, which must be delivered to confirm participation.

BASES DEL CONCURSO COSPLAY
de la tercera edición del Festival Fantasy KON
1.- El concurso Leria Kosplay se celebrará el 31 de Octubre a las 19:00 h, en el escenario del Auditorio Municipal de As Neves.
2.- El concurso se dividirá en dos modalidades:
- Individual
- Grupos
3.- El concurso contará con un máximo de 20 participantes en la modalidad "Individual" y 10 en la modalidad "Grupos".
4.- Las inscripciones se realizarán a través de esta página web, a partir del 23 de Septiembre hasta el 23 de Octubre de 2015. Cada persona inscrita tendrá tres pases VIP, para participante y dos ayudantes, que deberá recoger en la entrada del evento, al confirmar su participación, entre las 11:00 y las 17:00 h del Sábado 31 de Octubre. La entrada al evento es gratuita para todos los cosplayers (inscritos o no).
5.- La lista de participantes se harña pública el próximo 29 de Octubre, de no confirmarse los inscritos o no haber alcanzado el cupo de participantes, los cosplayers asistentes al Festival, podrán inscribirse de 17:00 a 18:00 hrs.
6.- Los cosplays deberán representar personajes literarios y/o cinematográficos. Se aceptarán, excepcionalmente, personajes de televisión.
7.- Los trajes, así como accesorios y complementos deben estar elaborados de manera artesanal. O bien comprados y modificados en un 70 %. Los cosplayers que compitan sin respetar esta norma no podrán optar a ningún premio.
8.- Está prohibido el uso de armas reales de fuego, metal u objetos pesados que puedan ser considerados arma blanca, en conformidad con el Real Decreto 137/1993 sobre el reglamento de armas.
9.- Los concursantes dispondrán de un máximo de 2' minutos y un mínimo de 30" segundos para su actuación. Podrán aportar archivo musical, que deberá ser entregado al confirmar la participación.
10.- El jurado, seleccionado por los patrocinadores, elegirá los ganadores en ambas modalidades al finalizar la actuación.
11.- Durante el evento, la organización tomará imágenes (fotografias, videos , etc) para promocionar el Festival. Los participantes, que no deseen aparecer en dichas imágenes, deberán especificarlo en la ficha de inscripción.
12.- L@s ganador@s posarán para el cartel promocional de la próxima edición. La composición de los carteles será sometida a la aprobación de los ganadores. Estos podrán optar (gratuitamente) a 5 copias físicas del mismo. Los participantes podrán hacer uso de las imágenes del evento para promoción personal.
13.- La participación en el concurso, por medio de la ficha de inscripción, supone una aceptación de las presentes bases.
The jury, selected by the sponsors, will choose the winners in both categories at the end of the performance.
During the event, the organization will take pictures (photographs, videos, etc.) to promote the Festival. Participants wishing not appear in these images must be specified in the registration form.
The winners will pose for the promotional poster for the next edition. The composition of the posters will be submitted for approval to the winners. These are eligible (for free) to 5 physical copies. Participants may use images of the event for personal promotion.
Participation in the contest through the registration form implies acceptance of these rules.
